My wife and I decided about 10 months ago that we wanted to celebrate her birthday this year in Napa Valley. Having no knowledge of the area we decided to reach out to Kathy (who was referred to us by some of our friends). Great accommodations. Plenty of restaurants to chose from. Pool and beach were both nice. Kathi was great setting everything up from plane flights, reservations at the restaurants, what excursions to pick from. My Wife and I decided to marry in Turks and Caicos in October of 2022. When I mentioned it to my friend he asked if we had a wedding planner/travel agent in mind. When I replied, “no” he said you have to call Kathi, she’s the absolute best. Once we made contact we were immediately at ease. In addition to booking travel, not only for us, but for over 60 guests, she also handled all the details of the ceremony and reception . She even went so far as to come to the resort herself to assure anything we needed was taken care of promptly. We were so pleased with her service that she is now our “go to” travel agent. We just returned from another trip (Beaches Negril) and had a terrific time as usual! She was super familiar with the resort, so had a ton of insider tips. She made our dinner reservations every night, which we loved. Truly relaxing to not have to worry about anything except what time to be at a restaurant. She knew the best spots on the resort, and seemed to have some pull - got our group of 10 together most nights, even when restaurants stated they couldn’t take parties that big. We heard other travelers saying they couldn’t get in to the more popular spots once they’d arrived, which made us even more grateful for her help. She even booked a TOP NOTCH private dinner for the 10 of us and sent us a gluten-free cake, which was just so thoughtful - to not only go above & beyond, but to remember a few of us had dietary restrictions. We just got back from the most amazing and relaxing vacation at the Sandals Grande Antigua. When I reached out to Kathi initially, I thought I just needed a few questions answered. After our first couple of email exchanges, I knew Kathi was going to be the right person to handle our 20th Anniversary trip. She is so knowledgeable and saved me from hours of research. We had a total of 5 couples on our trip celebrating 20th anniversary’s. Kathi handled everything for all of us. She was so thorough and answered all of our questions. She always responded almost instantly and was available for whatever we needed. Kathi really went above and beyond to make this trip memorable and we can’t thank her enough for all the attention to detail.
